A quick curry experience...
Masala Lentil Stew jar loads with all the curry spices and both best moong daal (lentils) which are high in alkaline and reduce acidity that is normally caused by curry spices. It makes two big soup bowls.
Ingredients:
Moong Daal, Cumin & Coriander Seeds, Turmeric, Gram Masala, Dried Onion, Ginger Garlic.
Recipe:
1. Empty your Masala Lentil Stew jar into a pot. Measure three jars of water and boil on high.
2. Add 1 TBS of any oil of your choice.
3. Once boiling, turn to medium.
4. You can add choice of your vegetables. Traditionally we put in tomatoes and onions, but broccoli, cauliflower, carrots or what ever else you have for dinner can be nice.
5. Put the lid on and let it cook for next 15 minutes.
6. Remove for heat for 10 minutes, covered to allow the inner steam to enhance the flavours.
Compliments: bread, rice, crackers, yogurt, fresh coriander leaf and yes, butter.
